Technical Data
It is used especially in blood bank and haematology laboratories for peripheral smear, blood group control or other tests. It protects the user from the blood particles dispersed in the air during the opening of the cap of the tube and from the risk of contamination of the blood already smeared the cap.
Since it always creates drops of equal size, it provides convenience in spreading preparations. The use of a single dropper is sufficient as it can be stored for consecutive operations on the tube; hence it is economical.
